At Aruh we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. For international shipments, we do not accept exchanges, but you may request a refund in the cases specified below.
Eligibility for Refunds
For international shipments, we only provide refunds in cases of damage. To request a refund, you must check your order upon delivery, and in case of damage, notify Aruh and the carrier, to activate the insurance. Contact us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp +55 71 99857-0033, informing us about what happened and attaching photos of the damage.
Partial Refunds:
They may be granted in cases of items damaged for reasons beyond our control.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive images of the damaged item, we will send you an email notification. The approval or rejection of the refund will also be communicated.
If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original payment method within 30 days.
